Purchase of the group coaching program gives you access to group coaching calls twice a month for an hour with The Stress Buster coach and a maximum of 11 other clients.  During the live coaching calls you receive some training on busting your stress as well as a question and answer time where you can talk live with Donna.  If you are unable to join us live, you can send your questions by email and they will be answered during the call.  All calls are recorded and replays available.

By purchasing this program you commit to participating for a minimum of six months after which you will have the opportunity to decide if you want to continue.  Coaching packages are nonrefundable.
