What are the differences between the two programs?
The Live Light & Free Training Academy is a self study program with limited personal access with The Stress Buster Coach.
The Calm & Confident Solution includes everything in the Live Light & Free Training Academy PLUS two group coaching sessions each month where you will have the opportunity to interact directly with The Stress Buster Coach (ask questions, discuss your personal situation, uncover obstacles to implementation). This solution also provides the 12 Stress Buster Foundations course that is not available in the Academy.
How do the 2 live Q&A's work in the Light & Free Training Academy?
Twice a month we will take questions submitted in the Facebook group and through emails and answer them live in the Facebook group. Replays will be available.
How do the 2 live group coaching calls work in the Calm & Confident Solution?
On the first and third Tuesday of every month, members will be able to join an online meeting. This meeting takes place at 7 pm EST and the replays are made available for those who can't attend live.
During the meetings you will have a chance to interact with The Stress Buster Coach as she takes you deeper into the topic of the week. You'll be able to ask questions, discuss where you need more help and get support and accountability.

What is the guarantee on the program?
On either program try it out and if for any reason you decide it is not for you, just write to [email protected] and ask for a refund on or before your 7th days of membership. No refunds will be given after the 7 days but you can cancel at any time.
